Who we are
Riverhead Financial Partners is a business-financing partner. We match businesses with partners in our network and, for qualifying businesses, provide financing through our own programs. We are not a bank. Where financing comes from a partner, that partner makes the credit decision.
Not an offer of credit
Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend. Approval, amounts, rates, and terms are determined by the party providing the financing, to its own criteria and based on your business profile. Not all applicants qualify.
Rates, figures, and tools are estimates
Rates, terms, calculators, and CurrentScore are illustrative and provided for education and planning only. Pricing is shown as of September 2, 2026 and is subject to change. Calculator outputs are estimates, not offers, and may differ from actual terms. Equipment tax (Section 179) estimates are not tax advice — consult your CPA.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and don’t misuse it (no scraping, interference, or providing false information). We may suspend access for misuse.
No professional advice
Content here is general information, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Make decisions with your own advisors and the actual offer documents in hand.
Limitation of liability
The site and tools are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Riverhead Financial Partners is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates.

Electronic records and signatures
By using our website, submitting an application, or signing documents electronically, you consent to transact business electronically and to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and other applicable laws. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and has the same force and effect. You are responsible for maintaining access to the hardware, software, and internet connectivity necessary to receive and retain electronic records. You may request paper copies of electronically signed documents or withdraw your consent to transact electronically by contacting us; however, doing so may delay or prevent completion of your financing request where electronic processing is required.
Text messaging (SMS) program
If you choose to receive marketing or informational text messages from Riverhead Financial Partners, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s plan. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving financing.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider in accordance with its applicable commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Queens County, New York, and the arbitrator’s decision may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party waives any right to a trial by jury and agrees that any arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information, intellectual property, or other legal rights pending completion of arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice. Any changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. By continuing to access or use our website or services after the effective date of the revised Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
